WHO IS CAHILL DESIGN AND WHAT DO WE STAND FOR?

Cahill Design is the new age of property renovation. The days of trying to picture what a renovation will look like then spending hundreds or thousands of dollars executing the plan only to not know what it will look like when you’re done is over. We plan, edit and create the visualizations for your renovations well before there is any physical work done on the property. Choose us and spend a small amount of money on a virtual design to get exactly what you want rather than spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on something you aren’t sure you will even like.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS USUALLY TAKE FROM START TO FINISH?

Our design process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the amount of jobs we have at that time and the complexity of your house and package. Keep in mind, we are a small business so please be patient with turnaround time. We will give you a turnaround time when we contact you about your job.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY VIRTUAL DESIGNS AT THE END OF THE PROCESS?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are entirely disappointed with your designs then we will contact you and work with you to come to a custom solution to leave you satisfied with your design.

CAN I CALL YOU AND CHAT OVER THE PHONE?

Yes! We love speaking with our customers over the phone because that allows us more conversation to uncover and find exactly what you’re looking to do with your home.

DO YOU DESIGN COMMERCIAL SPACES?

Yes we do! We are open to any and all property projects you have for us. Some larger commercial projects will require a custom quote. Please see our pricing guide page for custom quotes.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Since we provide at least 3 different designs, we do not offer any refunds. If you are unhappy with your experience, please email us at cahilldesign1@gmail.com to set up a phone call & we will try to make it right.

DO YOU TELL ME WHAT TO BUY?

No, we are a virtual design company only, we do not do any of the contracting work. Most of our clients are from different parts of the country and world so we only provide paint colors used in the design or links to purchase things such as exterior lights.

DO YOU DO ANY PHYSICAL WORK TO MY HOME OR REFER ME TO A CONTRACTOR?

WHAT IF I HAVE A TON OF TREES IN FRONT OF MY HOME PREVENTING ME FROM TAKING A GOOD PICTURE?

In many instances we have been able to improvise and design around obstacles or simply virtually remove the trees in question. Rarely are the trees too thick to not do any sort of design but we will contact you and let you know of that before you pay for your design if that is the case with your home.

I’M STILL NOT SURE ABOUT THE PHOTO I TOOK OF MY HOME, WHAT DO I DO?

Please refer to our “How to take the best photo of my home” tab at the top of our website or email the picture to us so we can better help you take the best photo.

DO YOU WORK WITH HOA OR HISTORICAL GUIDELINES?

Yes! Many of our clients come to us for HOA purposes. We can tailor colors and structural changes to fit what you need for your HOA.

I’M HESITANT ABOUT BUYING A PACKAGE, CAN I SEE OTHER HOMES YOU HAVE DESIGNED?

Absolutely! The best place to find our work is on our instagram page at @cahilldesign_ or on our “Gallery” tab at the top of our website.

I HAVE CERTAIN PAINT COLORS AND STONE OPTIONS THAT I WANT TO SEE, CAN YOU SHOW ME EXACTLY WHAT I AM WANTING?

Yes! We can put any color or material on your home if you can provide us with a picture of the color or material or just the name/brand of the color or material.

DO YOU PROVIDE VIRTUAL EXTERIOR DESIGNS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES?

Yes! Most of the time we recommend using our Paypal feature when you check out so that your currency automatically transfers over.
