WHO IS CAHILL DESIGN AND WHAT DO WE STAND FOR?

Cahill Design is the new age of property renovation. The days of trying to picture what a renovation will look like are over. Let Cahill Design remove the guesswork associated with these types of projects. A small investment is all it takes to see your home’s potential prior to actual construction.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS USUALLY TAKE FROM START TO FINISH?

Our design process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending upon complexity. If you need your design sooner, expedited delivery is available for an additional fee. Contact us for the details. You’ll receive a confirmation email that your information has been received and is being reviewed. Once review is complete, you’ll be contacted and a mutually convenient time will be scheduled to conduct phone consultation.

Can you assist with the purchase of specific items used in your interior designs?

Yes. During your phone consultation, we will gather details regarding your preferences and budget. We will design your space with items from the Vibe Interiors if possible. You have the option to directly purchase any of these items or you can use your virtual design to find other comparable items as you would like.

DO YOU SEND A PRESENTATION WITH IMAGES OF THE FURNITURE YOU SELECTED & PRICING?

Yes. We will send you a full presentation that details an image of the item, the price, dimension of the item as well as availability.

WHAT IF I purchase items from the vibe interiors & change my mind?

Since we are a virtual design compancy, we will do our best to make all of our visualizations to scale and highly recommend taping off and accurately measuring your area before making your purchase as we cannot accept returns.

Can you design my space with images I provide of existing furniture, Google, etc.? 

Absolutely. We can use any image you have of existing furniture or images you have found online, etc. This will be discussed during your phone consultation.

DO YOU DO ANY PHYSICAL WORK TO MY HOME OR REFER ME TO A CONTRACTOR?

No, we are a virtual design company only and do not provide contracting work.

I’m not sure about the photo I took of my home, what should I do?

Please refer to our “how to take the best photo of your space” in the HOW IT WORKS tab at the top of our website or email the photo as we can assist you in taking the best photo.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY VIRTUAL DESIGNS AT THE END OF THE PROCESS?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your designs, we will work with you to come to a satisfactory solution.

DO YOU DESIGN COMMERCIAL SPACES?

Yes we do. Commercial projects require a custom quote. Please send us an email with details and photos of your project for a custom quote.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for work that is in process or has been completed. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you have about your design.

I’M HESITANT ABOUT BUYING A PACKAGE, CAN I SEE OTHER HOMES YOU HAVE DESIGNED?

Absolutely. There are multiple ways to see our work. We have a gallery page at the top of our website as well as Facebook at @CahillExteriorDesign, or our Instagram page at @cahilldesign_.

I have specific paint colors and stone options that I want to see. Can you show me exactly what I am wanting?

Yes. We can put any color or material on your home if you can provide us with a picture or name/brand/color of the material.

DO YOU PROVIDE VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGNS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES?

Yes. We recommend using PayPal at check out so that currency automatically transfers.
